Senior Thesis Exhibition
In my last semester of school, I explored how mental health, self-care, and mindfulness are critical in everyone’s life. These aspects are especially crucial in young adults, who constantly try to navigate what works for them in their busy lives. It can be challenging to figure out, which is why I designed a book to help with this issue. The book concentrates on Eudaimonics, which centers on well-being through personal growth and fulfillment.

The core of this project is rooted in empathy for anyone who may face challenges with everyday tasks, whether due to mental health, physical health, or other difficulties. By breaking down these tasks into more manageable, digestible steps, the project provides a framework that acknowledges how overwhelming daily responsibilities can feel. The goal is to show empathy and create a sense of community for those who struggle, affirming that it's okay to have difficulties and reminding them that others experience similar challenges. Through this, I aim to foster understanding and support for individuals in these situations.
